Cyrus Hostetler finished second in the men's javelin final with a season-best throw of 261-6 (79.71m) at the USATF Outdoor Championships at Sacramento State. Despite finishing in the top three, Hostetler did not meet the IAAF standard of 272-3 (83m) but has three weeks to meet the mark.
