Ronnie Baker ran the fastest 100-meter time in the world under all conditions with his wind-aided 9.78 seconds at the Prefontaine Classic and posted a wind-legal 9.93 in Rome. Baker won the indoor national 60-meter title last year and is seeking his first USATF Outdoor Championship on Friday at Drake Stadium in Des Moines, Iowa.
