Keturah Orji, representing Atlanta Track Club Elite and Mizuno, captured her fifth consecutive women's outdoor triple jump national title with a wind-legal effort of 47-7.75 (14.52m) in the sixth round at the United States Olympic Team Trials at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore. Orji placed fourth at the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro and now leads an American group that includes Tori Franklin (47-1.50/14.36m) and Jasmine Moore (46-5.25/14.15m) scheduled to compete in Tokyo.
